Quite a few threads on here with a lot of negative things to say and very little positive
I joined ages ago, back when it had all the affiliate-chief as dailies. They tracked ok, as did some of the no spend offers. Payout is £25 though, & I can't comment on how quick they pay or anything, because after months I only got as far as about £12
Simply based on their high cashout level, I wouldn't bother joining.
► Changing subject, Cashback-Rewards seem to have had a mass deletion of transactions. I had £30-£40 pending, & suddenly it's £10. Obviously some of that will be Affiliate-chief, but it seems that all pending up to end February has just disappeared into thin air without a peep. There's nothing showing in "reversals" to show what they've done!
It's probably academic, since we haven't even seen last months payments, let alone will get anything left pending.

One thing I will say is that GPB have really gone downhill. Any emails I send them are being ignored and they are just not updating a few pending transactions in my account. Really annoying me and I think its going to lead to me stop using them!
Hi again, I have spoken to Neil and told him your problem and he was shocked as he always answers messages and emails, he wondered that if you had a hotmail addy for instance whether his reply to you had gone into your spam?
He said if you contact him via the contact us form and you leave your telephone No. he will call you
I didn't think the getpoundsback forum worked as it used to do? Last time I looked you couldnt post questions only offer related stuff on there. I noticed thier website runs out in May so hoping it will be renewed or it will be something to worry about. If he is on holiday and couldnt reply to emails I would have thought he would have let it be known
Hi Lady_K, The forum on GetsPoundBack really hasn't changed much at all, you can still ask questions about the retailers and offers or even talk about unrelated things if you want, and you never have to wait long for a reply.
Neil did mention on the forums that he wouldn't be around as much:
"Please be aware the time of day transaction updates are imported may vary this next week due to holiday leave. "

and you can see from the response he got that most people thought he should have taken a proper break!

Perhaps I didn't access the forum properly then, I will have to check it out again, it just seemed much smaller than it used to with less threads and discussions, I probably did something wrong
