    Hardly, if you ask random unknown people on the internet for tradesman recommendations you are going to end up in a whole world of shoddy work ;) most wouldn't know a quality erection if it hit them in the face.

    I wouldn't ask people on the web to recommend me a decent cheese.

    Asking here you may get some rubbish suggestions, but you may also get some genuine help. Purpose of the site and all that.

    Asking unknown tradesmen about there last jobs doesn't work unless you ask for their last ten jobs. And check them out.

    Who would you ask for a decent cheese? Cheese is a very personal thing ;)
