please try harder - after today's ugly racist episode i'm sure you'll be trying much harder to grab attention instead of dealing with facts.

So you can't tell me what these facts are?

    I'm shocked. No, really.

despite never seeing you post anything with any credible info just frothing about house prices and frothing about anyone more successful than you - it is quite strange that you accuse others of not using facts to back up arguments.

note to self Devon - you must try harder....

it's typical of Mr Muddle to make the thread into his own little show when something is posted that he hasn't got the intelligence to reply to...

No way are house prices ever going down.

I assume that you are in the know. Why not post on the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum so that all of the FTB's who are asking whether now is a good time to buy can benefit from your knowledge.

    I've only got one child.

Daughter aged 21 living in UK.

Don't ask me how or why. She had aggro with my ex wife about 2 years ago. The council put her in a brand new flat. She doesn't have any kids. Now she works and has somewhere nice to live.

It didn't seem that difficult for her to get sorted.

Good job its impossible for you to impregnate a lady boy.

I see you only care about yourself and your family, to which you live in a different country to you family...

Officially the owner of my own business since 13/01/2012
  • Did your grandparents own?
What about your great gran parents?
And their parents and so own.

Owner occupancy has shot up in recent decades.

If you want to look back to the past be careful what you wish for as the ppertunity to own could be far less than now.

I take it you agree with the above Percy?

One of the reasons prices are so high is due to many parasites buying up all the stock, yes you are doing a nice thing in renting to somebody who can't afford a house, but you are part of the reason she can't afford a house!

I'm sure she'd thank me for my contribution to the righteous and holy mission (as defined by yourself) if I sold her home to someone else and told her it was for her own good.

As I keep saying for the good of the country houses should be homes and not investments, and if they are going to be investments you should be taxed heavily because at the end of the day you are going to get a house so there should be no profit until that house is full paid for. Parasites would think twice about it if the house was actually going to cost them something to buy.

No what you mean is for the good of people like yourself.
You are simply speaking about what you want and have assumed it must therefore be fair to affect different types of people, so long as you get what you want.
As for profit - pah! I'm not making a profit, my tax returns are testament to that. I won't be paying tax for a couple of years yet.

I do like the similarities between our situations. :D
    We both have debts.
I have a mortgage and you have debts preventing you from getting a mortgage, but both are debts none the less.
We are both getting someone else to pay them off.
I'm providing a house in return, you are giving your OH the benefit of your company each and every day. :D
I know which "parasite" I'd rather be associated with. :T
