Orange PAYG

I just started a PAYG service with orange and cant wait to use my credit and change provider.

The 2 people to register do NOT speak English. I could just understand them but they got my address completely wrong. They just put anything in the address field. When I went to register online thats when realized my address completely wrong, and to change it you HAVE TO PAY by calling there number to change it as to change it online DOES NOT WORK. Just tries it now.....not working. They do this on purpose so you HAVE to call using your credit. I called a free number and got put through but ADDRESS and my NAME still wrong because the operator on the other side does not understand English properly.
The website is horrible and full of celebrity rubbish. Complete trash.
Changing details online does NOT work so you have to call.
Should of stuck with O2

    since you work for orange can you advise if i bought the orange PAYG phone will I be able to get an unlock code from you guys so phone is open on all networks
