    Under the picture it doesnt mention buying anything. It just says to sign up. Which is why i did, and alot of other people have too.
    I just sent pigsback an e-mail and when i recieve a reply i will post it, fingers crossed!!:wink:

    I always phone Pigsback if I have a query, cos I know they'll either takes ages to reply or don't even reply...!

    They are usually very helpful when I've phoned in the past.

    I've found their number listed with their London address (appears to be hidden) if you click on the 'Directions' section on the Contact Us page you'll find it.

    If you can't see the number here it is...020 7287 2408

    Me thinks they may be getting a few phone calls from now on...;)

    I've just looked on pigsback.com and it's still there under "All Partners" saying "Hotel Chocolat sign up and earn 300 piggypoints".

    I'm going to send an email to PB too. My philosophy is if you don't ask you don't get!! Being that I have to ask nicely for the majority of my piggypoints, I shall be asking for these ones too.

    Who do I contact to claim missing piggpoints. None of my ebay purchaes/bids seem to be coming up on pigsback. There's a couple which have gone well over 14 days so I think it's time to contact them, just need to know where and exactly what would I need to show them. I have various screenshots and e-mail receipts.

    I finally got an email bck from pigsback about the dogstrust points and well well they havent got my name on the file,they also said i didnt go through the link ive had enough now off them,they will say any excuse not to give the points out :mad:
