I never received my birthday points last week

contacted pigsback, who told me that i'd not signed up for this, so couldn't have the points, but they hope to bring back this feature in the future.

Just done a reckie back on my points and there last year i was awarded 50 birthday points.

just fired off an e-mail asking where do they get there information from, and here is a screen shot from last year showing that i was awarded birthday points.

we await a reply

Anyone else waiting for points for Bravissimo?
(the CT to Catalogue Link from a while back, that said 50 points for ordering Bravissimo catalogue)

I'm almost sure the original I clicked said 50pts for requesting Bravissimo, but now the Catalogue Link ad says the offer is for ordering 2 catalogues on a single order!

Can anyone tell me whether I just misread the 50pts offer the first time around? I didn't remember to take a screenshot at the time.

I'm going to send an email to PB too. My philosophy is if you don't ask you don't get!! Being that I have to ask nicely for the majority of my piggypoints, I shall be asking for these ones too.

Lucky you! When I tried to CT to the HC site, I got error messages. This also happens from the Quidco site. I've tried using three different browsers and from home and from work. Guess the 'verse just doesn't want me to eat good chocolate! (For those who haven't tried it, HC choc is better than Thorntons )

Just a word of warning - when I read the PB site, I got the impression they might be talking about signing up for HC's Chocolate Lovers Club - where you pay ~£20 for a box of selected chocs to be sent to your house. Nominal frequency is monthly, but they only send the next one when you request it. So far I've resisted the temptation:T . So the sign up might not just be for a newsletter/membership of website.

You didn't misread-I read the same and have not received any points (or the brochure). Also still waiting for Ugg boots and songpeople points-and didn't get anything for my birthday either. Not happy
