Hi-this might sound like a daft question, but I'm pretty new to this! I got an email yesterday saying I had won the entertainment competition, and have been asked to send my address in response to the email. I emailed and said I had updated it on the website, but got a reply saying it would need to be confirmed through email. Is this standard practice, or should I be suspicious?

Yes I think so, mind you I have never had one and if I did I never looked.

about the bingorooms points ive had an email back saying emails are being sent out soon to the people who signed up for this, they didn't say why but i bet we will be waiting for points for ages now then
