Where do I stand with returning one item which was on 3 for 2. My Mum has bought the same item as me for my daughter - Peppa pig camper van and need to take it back to swap it for either something else or for a refund. I purchased from .com

    Any help would be great.

From reading previous posts on here, you can take .com purchases back to the store but you must have the reciept/delivery note and I think you would also have to take back the other two toys as well. Then re-buy the ones you want.

My .com delivery note didn't mention the 3-4-2. I just returned the item in store and exchanged for other items, no need to return the other 2 items in addition. Hope this makes sense!

It did work for me!!! Getting £29.99 dreamland for free on Christmas shopping night.

    I used these vouchers together:
    £1 off healthcare product
    1,000 points from Mag
    1,000 points from ACM
    1,000 points from healthcare.

Be careful if you want to use them all together. What I did was buying other stuff (small items) which I had ACM vouchers for extra points. So my transaction of more than 10 items with several vouchers would not draw attention from SA. I mixed dreamland vouchers with other 8 vouchers. So that transction I handed more than 10 vouchers together.

Another tip is if you want to use several vouchers, a Christmas shopping night is good. Because there are several temp staff, who would not care so much on what bargain you have.

Sorry didn't post earlier, as I thought other people did it already. I was happy with my 2 Clarins goodies bags -- more than Dreamland offer. Because I can try such expensive products free for myself, while I keep the dreamland for my brother's present.
  • Crikey, placed a dotcom order on Thursday and it turned up today! All present and correct too lol. I am however finding it very difficult to check my points online as the page just seems to hang.

  • Had a sort through all the coupons residing in my bag and have done a quick check for glitches/deals on current prices. :D

Note: all untested at time of posting so I can't guarantee all will work! Also, not everyone will have the same ACM/ HealthClub Parenting Club coupons so I apologise - these are based on my own! ;)

HC - save 1/3 on E45 pump pack 500g - Currently on offer at £8.90 (10%). So should save an additional £2.97 making it £5.93(or £3.30 saving making it £5.60 if the discount comes off the original price)

    HC - 50 AC points on sudocrem 125g - £2.31

HC - 100 AC points on any Benefiber - cheapest £2.99. (Can also be combined with other 342 vitamins offers)

Mailing - 100 points on Time delay lip plumping - £2.50 off at the mo so £4.50

ACM Save £1 on Botanics Footcare - combine with PC Save £1 on cooling foot spray - £3.99save £2 - £1.99

ACM 100 points on Expert Heat Protecting Hair products - cheapest s/poo or conditioner £1.99

PC - Save £2 on Sanctuary mum to be - Cheapest is body wash £2.75, but also on 342 with other washing and bathing products (not necesarily preggie ones) and free gift bag with any 3 bathing products. SO potential for 1 @75p, 1 @£2.75 and 1 free plus free bag.

PC - 200 points on Max Factor Masterpiece Mascara - combine with 300 points on Max factor foundation from the current GWP - total spend allows another GWP (£6.99 for mascara £11.95 for foundation)

I'm thinking of using these towards my £50 spend on the next Christmas shopping night, thus boosting the points nicely, and saving too. Maybe we should have a competition to see how many coupons we can use in one transaction? :D

Just me thinking out loud - HTHS;)
