It's probably not the time set by windows but the time/date set in bios (the blues screen). Hit delete or whatever is says (usually delete) as you're booting up and change the date/time in there.
As for Norton - ditch it.0 -

I Found a backup, lucky me.
I have removed Norton many times.
Start by doing the add remove, then run the Norton Removal Tool.
Now the tricky bit.
BACK UP THE REGISTRY
Start button/run and type regedit.
On the file menu click export for safety and store it in C:/ then if it all goes wrong you can restore the registry.
Now do a search for Norton and take your time to read the lines and delete anything thats related to Norton, there may be items that are not related just take your time.
Now search for anything Symantec and again take your time and delete them
I always miss some so I go through the search twice, it don't take as long the second time.
Close the registry editor.
Now do a search of your C drive assuming thats where you installed Norton for "Symantec" and "Norton" and again delete what you find.
Now reboot the computer.
And it should all be gone.
Playing with the registry can be dangerous and could stop your PC from working, do it at your own risk.
But I must have done it 50 times and never had a problem. Just take it slowly as there will be a lot and it will take some time.
If you want a quicker way to find the files and delete them try this programe "Registry Crawler":

norton is worse than the stuff it protects against!! it scares inexperienced usuers into a subscription, then slows down the computer, and is last in tests done alongside free softwares.
and the icing on the cake is that you have to sownload more symantec nonsense to get rid of it!!
do yourself a favour and stick with avg free... and get a refund if you payed for norton, i did it for a mate and got the full amount back :T0
