just been to tesco baldock and had a bad day , i bought £18 pounds worth of stuff before bog off and today the girls would only accept 2 £1.25 ones and a £2.50 and the few manufature ones i got ....

told me the rules had changed this week and itS ONLY 10% of your bill and coupons if you bought the product and one of each of the others and cause i used the £2.50 she would't take the £2.00 one...

will have to see at the weekend now!!

apprantly theres been a man getting clothes for nearly nothing every week with combining vouchers and some toy vouchers that have been used and people wernt buying the toys:eek:

ive just split my shop in 2.

    1st trans
    30.80 - bogof = 22.69 - coupons =£8.69

    2nd trans
    39.58 - bogof = 26.76 - coupons =£11.26

Co would of happily taken more.

each CO seems to have their own idea of what they can take. Ive found a couple of really nice CO in my local so I try to go to them

The cheaper carex handwash £1.09 bogof only take the £1.09 off so no glitch there!

    But I bought 4 Herbal Ess. £2.78. £5.56
    and 2 carex £1.09. £2.18

    Total £7.74
    But used 1 £2off£8 spend???
And the 2 old Quit pack ones.

    total after bogof £3.87

    coupons off £4.50 paid -63p

Why the £2off£8 worked i dont know!

I agree. I've had some right jobsworth cashiers, particularly in the day time.
I had one the other day who would only accept one £2 off £8 off 8 Radox. I give up in the day now and stick to evenings & weekend.

just got some of the Elvive and it is taking more off for the BOGOF than the product costs.

    2 x Elvive 400ml @ £2.98 each
    BOGOF discount £3.48

making 50p extra. Combine this with vouchers and you'll be in credit :D

needless to say I have a lot of Elvive shampoo and conditioner now ;)

That'll be an interesting discussion when you hand over a £10 off £50 blue clothing voucher then - I'd like to see them refuse to take that voucher on the 10% rule.

its the same spiel i was given 10%, so i said oh so if i spent 10 on toiletries i can't use tescos own 2.50 off which is 25%, needless to say it was the only one she would take
coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there
    (meaning under the buggy lol):D
