C'mon MFD, lets sit in the corner and get stonking drunk while setting the world to rights and shouting out unique curses at random moments. Won't make us feel better, but it will give the rest of the girls (and Bruno) a laugh.
Can I come too? I'm in the mood for a good curse.
Have a hug MFD. Sh!tty day all round.
Obviously the worst part of the day for you was not getting to see me.

You don't have to buy calpol though? You can claim all that stuff on the minor ailment scheme NHS thingy? I took Keira into Tesco's last time and as long as they see the kid they prescribe something, so she had a cold and cough and she got calpol and something else aswell, for free, you just fill in a form. And its maybe the generic brand they give you but its really all 1 and the same unless you are allergic to certain thingys.0

Hmm I don't know anything about that, is it for everyone with a kid? Or certain benefits?

I don't know who decides where it applies but it seems to vary a lot. We didn't have it in our old village but in our new one we do but only if we are registered with the local surgery.Buttonmoons wrote: »You don't have to buy calpol though? Kindof, in Scotland children receive free prescriptions, so the pharmacist is prescribing the medicine. You won't get branded (calpol, nurofen etc) just generic stuff. It's called the minor ailments service. If as an adult you get free prescriptions then they can also prescribe you stuff for free. If you pay they can still prescribe things but you have to pay. It was set up to take some pressure off GP's, a parent can go to the pharmacy when their lo has a cold and get medicine. Course they will send you to see a GP if need be.
Generic is good for us, calpol gives DS2 the runs. lol!
And also, I am not keen on Ugg boots. Mainly because of the ones that wear them and scuff their feet. And the ones where the sole has twisted round and they are walking on the fabric and eurgh gross.0
