Please can anybody help me change my username?
Ive tried "edit profile" etc without any joy.

No sorry, short of re-registering there is nothing you can do. You can email admin and ask then but they are very busy with other things.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

Email admin, that's what I did.
They won't change it for you if you are bored with it or don't like it, but if there is a valid reason they will look into it for you.
On your email to them don't forget to tell them what you would like it changed to!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
OK - I answered you on the other thread but I better stick it on here as well in case others do a search on changing usernames
THIS post from Edilass (who is a board guide and has been a member forever :rolleyes:) says:The Forum Team can change user names on the grounds of safety ie using an email address or full name but they generally won't do it just because you don't like it anymore

i sent an email to the team but i got a blank reply bank. i do feel i have valid grounds for changing my name.

My username is just to obivious, i know a lot of people from my town use this site and so i dont feel that i can hide on this site without someone realising its me. Its my own fault, i shouldnt of used my own name!0 -

I haven't heard of your name before which is why I wasn't sure if it was a real name (hope that doesn't sound unkind - it's not meant to be!) so I suppose it isn't very common and you could be identified easily from it.
