Changes to Halifax Reward Account?

I had some feedback from Halifax today regarding an email I'd sent them about the interest rates being removed from their online banking. I was told that because they'd had so many complaints about it, their management was having a meeting about it this week. Don't suppose it'll make any difference though.0 -

Despite requesting paperless, you will probably now be sent a full set of paper statements with all your transactions since their last change in T&C, and included in the envelope a little leaflet describing these new minor changes. That is what they repeatedly do with each of my accounts.
From Halifax? That's odd, as I am fully paperless, and I get nothing in the post from them (apart from their major T&C update last Autumn).
Halifax are one of the few (only?) banks that when they say paper-free, they mean totally paper-free. (Although this is another thing that's been removed due to Lloyds having too much of an influence - you can't now register new accounts for full paper-free (only for statements).0 -

I agree, they would normally mail for major changes - in particular T&C's. Although perhaps it's a policy decision LTSB have made.(Although this is another thing that's been removed due to Lloyds having too much of an influence - you can't now register new accounts for full paper-free (only for statements).
It's a shame really that the bulk of these minor changes are of detriment (IMO) to the customer. There's also some odd ones, for example, they've changed the order in which the IVR requests your sort code and account number. It now asks for account number then sort code.
I can understand they need to create synergy between the brands, and I'm clinging on to the hope that (which I'm sure o4u suggested in another thread) that progress will start to be made once the brands are more tightly integrated. So everything feels a bit backwards right now, but hopefully over time things will improve. Although if I login to find Lloyds TSB's Internet Banking in place of Bank of Scotland, I'm off.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.0 -
I've now just received another statement for the period 28th February to 1st March (i.e. 48 hours). Didn't request this so not sure why it happened?
Could this be them changing my statement date to match in with Lloyds TSB's system?0 -
