    I'm sure I read somewhere that if you use your Electron on-line for Tesco shopping, if you put it through as Visa Debit and not Electron it's supposed to work. I've not tried it so can't confirm.
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

    Actually, you can use Electron at pay at pump (but it will pre-authorise a chunk of money even if you do not spend that much) and you can use it at M&S

    I should of made myself clearer, you can't use an Electron card online at Marks and Spencer.

    Not at my local Tesco pump and pay - it spits it out. Its my only pump and pay within easy distance, so I cannot comment on anyone elses.

    All major retailers accept Visa Electron in store including Marks & Spencer, you may have difficulty using it with some on-line retailers or paying for goods over the 'phone.
    Like good food and drink?
    Try Hotel Chocolat and Baileys.
