Hi,
I am a Virgin Voucher and was planning on giving it a go this weekend, I have read all the posts on here and the do's and dont's but hoped someone could tell me in a PM if my local T's stores are coupon friendly or not.
I live in the Chesterfield area.
Thanks.0 -
hello,
just wanted to make sure about the Tesco policy.
once i bought some salad and some meat, and tried to use Actimel Coupon (1off) on the self service till. the SA told me, i cant use it!! i know, i can, but the manager told me the same. she cancelled the coupon though it went ok through my transaction.
the question is- should i complain to CS and how?0 -

Best not to use SS especially when not buying the product. Use a staffed position and then leave it up to the SA whether to follow national policy or not....That way you are putting the ball well and truly in their court!!:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)

I have visited this store today and didnt see any notice. Does anyone know why? is it due to abuse?
It wasnt that long ago since they restricted usage to 5 coupons per day. This is bad news.
What about the Oak Tree Lane store?
I drove up to Oak Tree and didn`t see a sign up there so it`s either there or BIN TESCO.0 -

Wasn't in today so went to some old jobsworth who refused any coupon I had not bought product for. I complained so he asked team leader who happened to be passing and she said they haven't taken coupons like that for 2 years. Funny said I, as your cs dept e-mail claims otherwise and I pulled it out to show her. She sent me to cs who called head office who said its 5 years since they took coupns. She told me story of woman who had bought £50 vacuum from them using coupons then tried to bring back for cash refund which they refused. She said using coupons was tantamount to fraud. snipped What do you guys think?
I would go back to your normal cashier in future and avoid middle aged old bags who behave as tho the money is coming out of their wages, if yr normal SA isn't on try another young lad , who are usually quite happy to scan any coupons you give them,
also as a tesco employee you should be able to get hold of the corporate policy hth0 -

I`ve been aswell to CR, happy days are gone I`m afraid to say, has anyone been to Oak Tree today?, also does any one know the managers policy there, heard you had to use food vouchers on food, dog vouchers on dog food, etc.

has anyone had problems printing from couponnet? it says sending to printer but they never arrive and after trying for a couple of times it says coupon limit reached. I have tried uninstalling coupon printer then re installing but still no joy. this has only happened recently i used to print with no trouble. would be gratefull for any ideas thanks
After uninstalling the coupon printer software (using software removal in the control panel), use ccleaner to clear out the registry as discussed back here. Then re-install the coupon printer software from here
(link taken from couponnet help site.... more info here
Happy couponning, VCIt's nice to be nice .....

From what i've read, it seems quite a few people who applied way back for the 2008 calendar have automatically been sent a new 2009 one, yet several who just applied for the first time for the 2009 one haven't received anything!0
