keren29 wrote:I would guess it is to do with posters not adding sources of codes. I saw on another site that Tesco have something to their T+C's saying something about e-coupons can't be shared on internet sites - might be that. I haven't seen it myself , but someone else might know where it is in the T+C's.
Using eCoupons
eCoupons can only be used online at https://www.tesco.com subject to these general terms and conditions, and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of an eCoupon. No eCoupon is redeemable through any website owned or operated by Tesco Stores Limited (Tesco") other than tesco.com or any Tesco store.
An eCoupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the online purchase process. Redemption may be subject to you providing proof of entitlement to use the eCoupon.
Your use of an eCoupon indicates your agreement to be bound by these eCoupon Terms and Conditions.
Tesco reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an eCoupon for any reason at any time.
Distribution of eCoupons
eCoupons are, and remain at all times, the property of Tesco.
The right to use an eCoupon is personal to the original recipient and may not be transferred. No eCoupon may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system, without the prior written permission of Tesco.
eCoupons distributed or circulated without the written approval of Tesco, for example on an Internet message board or on a "bargains" website, are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.Well I Love Tv And I Love T. Rex, I Can See Through Your Skirt I've Got X-Ray Spex0 -

If the spread becomes too big for Tesco to handle, they'll just stop issuing codes (like amazon have) and keep the money themselves..
Why not play the game, but legally, then we can all continue to benefit."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
tis tesco`s loss in the end i only use em because of the vouchers ,so they gained a new customer in me ,my average weekly bill is 80 quid .
the service was good and getting it delivered to your door was time saving and eco friendly.
so if the codes stop its back in the car and returning to adsa`s once more.
i wonder how many more customers they will lose, not as if we are affecting profits by using the vouchers is it  ....0 -

I had a feeling the way this was being abused that it would not last0 -
TBH I wouldn't use any codes for any order under £50 and most of the orders I've used have been £75 and over. It will be such a shame if they pull the plug on the codes cos people have been taking the mick.Mortgage-free wannabe!0

Can you tell us whats happening?0 -
Like some other posters I only use Tesco because at the least I get free delivery. I get a delivery once every couple of months with big heavy stuff- generally about £70 worth. I think they should be happy enough with my custom. Supermarkets are actually doing rather well, I hear! As for the suggestion of illegality- well I also sometimes copy cds!!0

My weekly bill is usually around £90.00 and haven't had to pay delivery for months now and have had great savings thanks to the vouchers.
We are having an Asda Store built in our town in the next 12 months and if I can't at least have free delivery I will definitely think about shopping at Asda.0
