So what was the reason to complain about you?
    NPB? Non-Pos for rectifiable situation?

    There wasn't one!

    That's the point.

All were paid for, no problem.

Just one example - bought a top, paid for it. Seller refunded with no explanation.
I left negative feedback and was left personal comments - nasty, evil, etc

Same with the other two, although different circumstances.

Send the seller this link - they may need it.

The first one didn't make enough money on the item.

She has relisted the item and named me (ebay username) as a non-paying Buyer when I paid and she refunded me without any explanation

The second one posted the item out 15 days after I had paid for it

The third one I paid and was refunded - twice - the Seller was demanding the goods back - didn't make enough money on the items.

All the comments have been removed.

Ebay said yesterday that the new section was brought in to stop bad Sellers from leaving bad feedback when it was entirely their own fault that they received a negative feedback and that they were not allowed to retaliate in this way

What happens when all the sellers get sick of this sort of thing and throw the towel in?

The genuine honest Sellers will have no problem, though, will they?

It is the bad Sellers that will have the problem - and that is their own stupid fault. I have no sympathy with them at all.

It's the genuine honest SMALL sellers who are feeling it the most though - they can not absorb non-positive feedback in the same way a volume seller can.

Listings levels on eBay are dropping like a stone at the moment, and many categories have less than half the listings they had even as recently as February.

  • If a Seller is getting negative feedback then they have a problem that they need to sort out themselves.
