consultant support letter for PIP/ESA

My consultant has said he would write a letter of support for me, any ideas of how this should be worded or what to include?

Which one is it for - ESA or PIP? Different criteria for each!
It may be worth looking at the descriptors for each and seeing which ones you fit.
Depending on your condition the consultant may be able to specify what you can or cannot do because of ******.

As Penitent says if your consultant can relate your conditions to the benefit criteria this is very helpful.
