Am I legally required to sign a settlement agreement after being told I'm being made redundant?
I've a really strong case for unfair dismissal, but on the other hand my length of service statutory redundancy pay will suffice - as long as I get a new job in next three months.

You arent being dissmissed. Your job will no longer exist so you are being made redundant.

The redundancy process was not followed correctly and the selection pool was unfair, therefore it's a strong case for unfair dismissal.
Yes it's only statutory redundancy I'm being offered.0 -
