in IVA & DRO
My last I've payment was the start of March. During my I've I neglected my car and as such have just had a big bill to sort it. What are the chances of me getting a payday loan which I will pay off asap?

Are you sure thats the road you want to go down ?
No one can really answer this question for you, you will have to apply and then you will find out.

Nope, you can borrow up to £500 whilst in an IVA.
You only have to declare your IVA if you borrow more than that, but a simple credit check would tell them that anyway.
