What to do in and around Treharris, Wales?

Hi

We'll be stopping in Treharris on the way to Cardiff. What's there to do in and around Trehariss?

I'm interested in things around 25 miles from the centre of Treharris.

If it's really good then I could do up to 50 miles from the centre of Treharris.

    I agree with joerugby but check out llancaiach fawr in Nelson. Can't think of anywhere else though.

    And strangely enough there is an Amazon Deal on today for Llanaciach Fawr but it doesn't start until November 1st. It includes a festive tea and tour of the manor house.

    When are you staying in Treharris and for how long? Are you travelling with children? It is only about 20 miles from Cardiff.

    you can drive right through Treharris in about 25 seconds, so there is not much to do there..
