My wife received a letter from Axa Wealth about her Elevate investment. Copy of statement is at

What she wants to know is - is that money available to her to withdraw?

Dodgy link there - nothing to do with AXA. And it doesn't work anyway.

The answer to the question depends on the T&C of the Elevate account and the T&C of the investment in it.

From what I can make out, Elevate is aimed at financial advisors rather than directly at investors - so maybe her financial advisor is the place to start

As it's in an ISA yes the funds are available to withdraw.

Question is - why does she want to withdraw money from an ISA?

Thanks for your help guys, she/we need to witdraw the money as she lost her job and we are getting behind with bills.
