what should i about transfering credit card?

applied for credit card a few months ago and used 'stoozed' money to pay off part of flexible mortgage. 0% deal ends in feb 2006.
my bank/building society keeps offering me 0% for 12 months if i transfer outstanding balance to them. have not transfered to date because want to get as much out of 0% deals as possible.
today i read several entries on r points where people said banks were becoming aware of people stoozing and many people were finding they were being refused because they had history of being stoozing tarts. the people involved had been stoozing for years and had very good credit records.
should i transfer now or wait until end of nov and then transfer balance? what are the chances of these 0% offers being withdrawn?
thanks
