Hi All,
I have been looking at the Halifax clarity card for a US visit this April. I wanted to see if anyone else has used this card and would recommend it or has any general advice to help me out
thanks in advance
Scott

I have used mine pretty much worldwide (not USA!) from Chile to India and never had any problem, and had it for some years.
I always use it to pay for items and services rather than getting money from the ATM as I'd rather not pay any interest !
Forgot to say- make sure the transaction is showing $ price and not converted to £s by retailer as you lose the benefit of daily transaction rates. Some places are sneaky!Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I've used mine a few times in the US without any issues. Seems to be accepted everywhere I have tried and you normally receive a pretty good exchange rate.0
