PayPal payment not showing in balance

Hi
I've received payment from an Ebay sale. Ebay shows the item as paid and I got the paypal payment email.
The payment shows on my PayPal account list of transactions when I login, but it doesnt show in my balance at the top like it usually does (so I cant withdraw it, it says £0.00).
Can anyone tell me why?

I cant edit but I've figured it out! Looks like a pre approved payment was taken after the Ebay buyer paid, so its taken the funds from my balance.
Usually the pre approved ones come straight from my card in full.
Anyway, the mystery is solved!0
