Hi all. I notice the terms include the following:
"Subject to the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions the Competition is open only to those living in the broadcast areas of the above named stations (the “Hits Radio Network England” stations)."
Does that mean people in Scotland cannot enter or am I reading it incorrectly?

I read it as no. We don't live in any of the broadcast regions here in Scotland. There was a seperate Cash Register that covered Scottish stations just before Xmas, I'm keeping my eye open for another. No harm in entering I suppose but really unless living in the broadcast regions stated I don't see how you can win.November Wins:- Funky Iron! £200 Bon Accord Voucher and visit to Santa's Grotto. December Wins:- Pet Munchies. Belkin Wireless Charging Pad. Merry Xmas!0 -

This means, despite living in the UK, you can only enter if you live in the stated broadcast areas.
Wrong because what you forget is that it broadcasts to the entire UK online. I listen to it online and live in Devon.August-September 2017: Lots of stuff

It's a grey area when talking about DAB rather than Internet radio, I live near Bristol and get Hits Radio on DAB according to this I found on the web: DAB digital radio is a terrestrial broadcast technology, using land-based transmitters. You can only listen to stations when you are within their transmission range as DAB still adheres to the laws of local terrestrial radio.
I am in the broadcast area.0 -
I emailed them and they replied with this:
" This competition is for those who live in the UK and are over 18 years old. "1
