Broken vacuum- they say I have to pay postage to return for repair

I bought a vacuum on line via Go Groupie. It stopped working after two months and the company have said I am responsible for posting it back to them so that they can take a look. This will cost me a fortune!

What’s more because I’ve bern disputing this with them they are saying that anyway, if I return it and they find that the reason for it not working is that I haven’t followed the trouble shooting, they will charge me again for returning it back to me!

How would I know that they are being reasonable? They could just say no, you’ve not trouble shooted it, it works when we do it, so you have to pay if you want it back as well?
