Ryanair strike dates announced

OK ryanair have announced strike dates but looked on there website and can still buy a ticket for the strike days why are airlines selling tickets for flights but might not run and only run few times a week not every day so not like you can fly next day as I was looking at ryanair if BA strike went ahead
