Apparently another massive BA IT failure this morning- no online check in, massive queues at airports, planes delayed as pilots can’t get data...

We travelled BA long haul First Class a month ago.
The service was by far worse than Vietnam Airlines Business Class.
Food was Economy Class on a china plate.
The steward says to me when we got on, 'I've given you an extra bottle of water there sir.'
Laughable.
We certainly won't travel BA again.It's your money. Except if it's the governments.0
