Sunday Breakfast near St Pancras

I am travelling on Eurostar early Sunday morning in September.
Its too early for breakfast at my hotel - does anyone know where I might get a traditional fryup at about 0600 ?
The closest I can find is a McD 24/7 and that's not my first choice. I am sure I can get a sandwich in departures but I like my bacon and egg.

Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill
