    I think the competition is for members of B&Q only. If you look at the top right hand side of the page it says members area.

    But it asks for membership number IF you have one. It would be a compulsory answer if it was members only.

    I think you mean English Heritage members only not B&Q. I managed to enter on Chrome without a problem.

    I see nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest that this competition is limited to English Heritage members only:

    4.1 The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except: employees or members of their immediate families or households of English Heritage or Immediate Media or their holding or subsidiary companies.
