Praise for Joules footwear

I thought I'd mention a good experience my wife has had with Joules footwear.
I bought her a pair of printed wellington boots for Christmas - they cost around £50 so not the cheapest but I guessed it's a case of "you get what you pay for".
After 5 months, we noticed that the pattern had started to wear off although my wife said that they were still as comfortable as the day she got them.
As she wears them most days for dog walking, she emailed Joules to ask if this was normal for the print to wear off and they replied saying that their footwear comes with a guarantee so if we could provide either a copy of the receipt or a bank statement and a photo of the boots in question they would replace them.
We did this and within a week, Joules wrote back inviting my wife to choose another pair which my wife received at the end of last week.
Thanks Joules for your excellent customer service.

Google Joules wellies fault and you'll see rather than them being good about giving you a replacement, it's the fact that they know that they have a problem and choose not to fix the fact their wellies are very poor quality.0
