Hi,
A bit of background on the incident, my partner overstayed in a car park by 6 minutes on 13th Oct 2018. I was away that day but am the registered keeper of the vehicle.
I appealed via an online court form stating that the fine wasn't mine to pay but his (I cannot find any relating email for this appeal though) and thought nothing more of it. Until this Monday...
I have received this above dated 15th May (I was away from 15th to 19th May) stating that I have 7 days to file the Directions Questionnaire which I have previously failed to file. (I have not received a 'Directions Questionnaire, nor any correspondence since the original letter telling me how to appeal online).
I have looked at this form and it appears to be an agreement that I am happy to go to court! I do not have the time or skill for this!
I do not have any record of the PCN ref from Parking Eye and there is no way of contacting them to speak to a human (that I can find after trawling online). Basically, I just want to pay it and move on, then he will pay me back as it was his fault. But how do I do this with no reference number and no way of getting one??
Thanks in advance

Use the email address 'enforcement@' (then add the standard remainder of PE email addresses).
In your email quote the vehicle's VRM, the date of the parking event, the location of the event, the name of the vehicle's registered keeper and any court document reference numbers you have. They will soon find it.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Oh yes you do! 99% of posters here win and NONE have done this before and no-one has the time or wants to go to a hearing.I do not have the time or skill for this!
But they do, and they (people just like you) fight & win and come out exhilarated!
No, you don't. Or if you do, please don't post here telling us this. Don't be a scam victim. Such statements are unofficially banned here!Basically, I just want to pay it and move on

You have a defence and you are on a forum with 99% likelihood to win.
No risk, no pain, no huge costs at stake. No CCJ.
Then you have a NAILED ON defence, did you not realise your partner was not at fault?! This is a fairly simple one to argue.my partner overstayed in a car park by 6 minutes
READ THE BPA GRACE PERIODS SECTION FROM THEIR CODE OF PRACTICE.
The only issue is, you've obviously filed a weak defence, but can make it up at Witness Statement and evidence stage by citing the BPA grace periods (before and after paid-for parking time). Your partner can also do a WS and can attend with you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
