NCP Birmingham NCP Airport £56 for 2hours

Booked car into Birmingham Airport Car Park 1 with Flex Plus for a 8 day stay and flights changed by 2 hours. Tried to change car park entry and exit by 2 hours and told I would have to pay £56 extra despite purchasing Flex Plus when I booked!!! It seems that cancellations and amendments up to 2 hours before "can" be charged for under their small print despite my paperwork not saying it!!! I am 3 weeks away from going. :mad:To be fair the operator said they have a 3 hour grace period and if I just left it and was late I would "only" be charged £18/day If I just left it as it is but I am not happy doing this as you can guarantee the flight will be late.



Now in process of appealing I do not fly for 3 weeks so it is not even last minute. . NCP seem to be nothing but crooks. I made a mistake in being honest in giving flight times and allowance for getting bags if I had used the full 8 days up on my original booking (as recommended on this site) I would have had 15hours spare:mad: I am not changing the dates on either outgoing or return just asking for the times to be moved 2 hours.
