Holmesdale Regular Saver Issue 4

I know Skipton have merged/taken over the Holmesdale.
I have have been issued with a new account number but NO passbook and unable to see it on the online at skipton site with my existing skipton accounts.

Can anyone tell me what has happened to their accounts??? Slightly concerned as was away when stuff may have arrive in the post.

Many thanks and hope someone can shed light on this.

    Many thanks for that. Have read that page. My problem is I do not appear to have received a welcome pack they talk about. I was wondering whether others had. Will ring them later today. Would still like to know if anyone didn't get this welcome pack.
