Garage and porch extension price?

Hi all,
I’ve recently bought a new property and I’m wanting to add a garage and porch extension.
Within the garage I’m wanting a utility room at the back and a downstairs toilet. With storage at the front of the garage. Single storey extension the full length of the house. How do add a picture to show you?
Anyhow, has anyone had this done and what was your cost??

Nobody can answer this question except a builder that will quote on the job. There are too many variables: ground conditions, drainage solutions, BC requirements, final spec, etc etc.
You need to get plans drawn up, a specification drawn up and then ask people to quote. Then you will get your answer.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -
You've not even given the size of the property or the rough size of the extension you want.
Nobody can give you a quote except a builder / project manager.0 -
Hi there
Firstly I apologise if I’ve added a new thread incorrectly or jumped on the bandwagon!
We are buying a house where the single garage has been converted into a room. I’m wondering if anyone can advise on the cost of adding a storey onto the top of the garage. This wouldn’t need any stairs as it would b next to the third bedroom which would in essence be made bigger by the conversion. Thanks is advancd0
