FoI DVLA Article 13 GDPR

Put a recent FoI into the DVLA asking what steps if any, they had taken,to ensure that the PPC's where compliant before releasing the RK details.
Surprise Surprise they have nothing - so no due diligence there.
So when you are lining up the PPC for the ICO add in the DVLA for good measure.
One of the "headaches" of GDPR is that you should know that organisations you supply personal information too should be compliant with or actively working towards compliance with GDPR
Quite clearly the DVLA are only interested in the money
As I said many months ago, their signage is not GDPR compliant

Of course they are ..... they will pass the buck to the ATA's
One thing is for certain, the DVLA are not protecting the public against unscrupulous traders
