I’ve been trying to see if I have PPI for my first ever mortgage with northern rock over 20 years ago. I had shared with the company etc but I’ve lost the account details. though I have given them the address and year they say they’re it’s are too old to trace ? How is this possible can anyone advise. I’m sure I would have had PPI on this.

Who did you buy the NR mortgage through? Most NR mortgages were done via brokers/estate agents etc. Not via the branch.they say they’re it’s are too old to trace ? How is this possible can anyone advise.
And if you never had MPPI in the first place, they cant find something you didnt have.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
