If you you need cosmetics then don't waste your time looking for the best exchange rate.Spend 350 at Thomas cook and get a 15 voucher for Feel Unique web site. First check if feel unique have what you want, you don't have to spend anything more than 15 but if you spend over 30 you do get free P&P . So to sum up free 15 more than covers the extra money you might get on a better rate. I have used it and there is no catch. IMPORTANT reserve and collect for the best Thomas Cook rate.
