If you you need cosmetics then don't waste your time looking for the best exchange rate.Spend £350 at Thomas cook and get a £15 voucher for Feel Unique web site. First check if feel unique have what you want, you don't have to spend anything more than £15 but if you spend over £30 you do get free P&P . So to sum up free £15 more than covers the extra money you might get on a better rate. I have used it and there is no catch. IMPORTANT reserve and collect for the best Thomas Cook rate.
