Tonik nightmare

I moved from Coop energy to Tonik in early Februry. The welcoming e-mail from Tonik asking for my closing readings was never sent. And after chasing them up it was about two weeks after that date before I could give them any readings. By them they and the Coop had provided their own which were far higher than the actual readings! Indeed I still haven't used that amount they had first listed. In late Februry Tonik asked for my actual readings and it appeared on the online statement along with the original much higher ones still listed. The Coop continued to list this much higher reading and told me my final bill was £650 to pay. This went into dispute and eventually in May they changed my final reading with them to more sensible reading and this meant they owed me £55! Which I duly got. However Tonik are still waiting to hear from the Coop if they accept their own starting figures! In the meantime I am currently over £1200 in credit according to their live balance on their web site and nearly £1000 in credit for the last few months. One of the reasons for choosing Tonik was their offer of paying 3% on credit up to £1000 balance. But according to them it is only paid when actual bills are produced and so far in 6 months no actual bills have been issued. All they ever say is the issue is being passed to the back office whatever that is! And blaming Coop Energy. In less than 6 months time the current deal ends with Tonik and I can't think I will want to stay with them. But what happens if this is still not resolved and how can you ever be sure you haven't lost out? And of course I have already have lost out on this 3% interest offer!
Switching energy suppliers is just a nightmare with no savings whatsoever!
