Think that the BT router only uses about 6Kwh per month if left permanently powered up.

Assuming that these are your own readings taken from the meter itself you are talking about a very small increase of 5 to 6 units a day. As others have said - fridge, freezer, cooling fan. Whether it is 5 or 6 that is very small.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

Thanks I have compared my electricity bills and it varies some months I have used more. I only took notice as I have just switched energy. I have been reassured that a smart hub will not use that much that was my concerns.0
