I completed the application for a switch and i haven't received an email or anything. All i have are my memorable word and 6 digit pin i was asked to fill out.
I can't find a way of contacting RBS without being a registered customer.
Not too bothered if i wasn't successful but id like to know so i can get the ball rolling on another account or if i can enquire as to why i wasn't.
