Who do you think was behind the DDOS?

Just wondered who MSErs thought was behind the DDOS attack that deprived us all of MSE last weekend. I was thinking who had most to gain from depriving people of all the great advice to be found on MSE.

    Asking me?

Started a thread, saying he'd brought the board down and he changed his signature to show his previous names.

Next thing I knew the site was missing. When it came back, that thread had gone and he was PPR'd.

I saw that thread. Wonder who he will be back as next? That is the thing with AE's, you can generally recognise the person.

It could even have been Nectar as we have been slating them for their free gifts - usually a day out at a theme park rather than pamper experiences. Mind you it could have been any one of the banks too.

These people should spend their time more constructively by designing websites rather than trying to destroy others - these same sad little twerps create computer viruses to pass the time!
