Sky Q

We have just had Sky Q installed and I can hear a low pitched, but very audible, sound coming from it. We didn't have this with the previous box.

Is this usual or is it likely to be a fault?

  Since Sky Q is definitely no noisier than Sky+HD, it sounds like a fault with the fan.
  
  Ring Sky and tell them, they'll swap the box out for another.
