£75k to invest/save

Hi all,

I've seen this question asked in previous Years but wondered what the consensus was today.

I have £75k+ in the bank which is currently doing nothing at all.

I have a flat I let out and flirted with the idea of another property purchase but I'm not so sure about going down this route.

I have fortunately been able to pay off my mortgage and have no other debts so the money is purely for investment/saving purposes.

Any advise/guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

As per the first reply when you asked a similar question a few years ago,
The most appropriate solution is dependant on your goals and aims for the future, your current income & expenditure, your current full assets & liabilities, your tax position, and so on.
  • Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.

I'm in a rather unique position and perhaps best to speak to someone and explain that way rather than here.

Thank you once again for your feedback
