Scammed on my mastercard

I have been scammed in a big way with £17500 on my Tesco Mastercard
Unknowing to me Mastercard changed the rules in April 17 whereby they would not honour chargeback or section 75 claims on this type of payment
I was not aware and thought I had protection and used the card 1.9.2017
Now Tesco refuse to recover the money quoting the ts and c changes and the Financial Ombudsman agrees.
Anyone got any ideas - or knows of superman's whereabouts

Ah yes. This type of payment is often tricky.0 -
S75 is statute in law and cannot be changed without a change to the consumer credit act so Mastercard cannot possibly have changed the rules

If the FOS have sided with the card issuer you're out of options, assuming whoever you paid is based overseas and untraceable.0 -
