Energy Club - can't set Economy 7 as my supplier
Hi,
Title says it all.
Used Energy Club to switch from Bulb to Economy 7, but I still keep getting reminders because "Economy 7" isn't available as an option in the drop-down menu in my account settings.
Seeing as I switched via Energy Club, it's an annoying omission.
I've looked for any way of contacting Energy Club on the web site, but can only find pointers to this forum - so here goes!

Economy 7 is not the name of a supplier, its an option under the meter type and will result in a tariff that has two rates for electricity. One for night use and one for day use. For some suppliers the values for each may be the same.
So look for "Do you have an Economy 7 meter?".0 -

Molerat thank you its a new one on me. I tried a quote on their web site and it come to just £5 more than I am paying with AVRO so seems to be very competitive for where I live. I am currently on a single rate for both day and night so for safety reasons I can use tumble drier etc when I am awake.0
