Hi, I'm getting an Ingenico Move 5000 PDQ GPRS Credit Card Terminal next week. I'm kinda new to these machines so any advice using the machine or discussions would be greatly appreciated.
I know to destroy my copies of the reciepts when no longer needed, which will be at the end of the day in my case.
I would like to water resistant the PDQ machine with case as its being used outside and with the British weather being what it is may be a good idea.
My next point of call it to get some kind of Insurance for the machine in case of damage or theft.
If anyone would like to discuss these machines with me you would be very welcome to, and any possible advice would be greatly appreciated.

You can (and should) ask your merchant provider to disable the feature that prints the card number in full on the merchant copy of each receipt.0
