Parking Eye - no appeal rejection received

Hello
Apologies if this is answered elsewhere.
I have appealed to parking eye as a hirer of a vehicle.
They acknowledged receipt of my appeal immediately by e mail and I have received no other correspondence until now.
I have now received a final notice saying they rejected my appeal but as I have not appealed to POPLA in the correct timeframe that option is no longer available.
I never received this rejection of the appeal or the POPLA code.
How do I proceed now?
Thanks in advance

    Online.
It is a work e mail which junk mail is emptied regularly so it wouldn't be there now in any case.
There are other correspondences ongoing with parking eye re other vehicles through the same e mail and nothing else has gone to junk mail.

Email them and ask for your POPLA code. Say you never got it:

    info@parkingeye.co.uk
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

and if they still fail to provide it , email the BPA AOS department and COMPLAIN ABOUT A LACK OF POPLA CODE, with copies of all correspondence etc , as detailed in the NEWBIES Faq sticky thread

    Will do that thanks.
Will POPLA entertain the appeal at this stage, Parking Eye seem to be saying the code is expired?

nope, popla wont entertain anything at all without a valid popla code provided by the PPC

hence why we have told you what to do

    No, it won't work.

Hence we are telling you to ask for a new POPLA code and to complain to the BPA, to try to put some pressure on PE:

    aos@britishparking.co.uk

When I said 'ask for your POPLA code', I didn't mean the expired one...I meant complain/explain and demand a new one.

Further to this British parking say they cannot do anything as the code of practice has not been breached. But they will ask parking eye to consider the matter further.
The info@parkingeye e mail says appeals must be logged through the portal. Relogging through the portal just says that the appeal has been rejected already.
    Any further advice?
